12 Bore Classic Doubles 101 Field over and under multichoke shotgun. Well figured oil finished American walnut rounded pistol grip stock fitted with a slim Old English style heel pad. The head of the stock has been chequered on both sides and has been accompanied by a slim matching beaver tail style forend with a fine cut scroll engraved release catch. Game scene engraved 101 boxlock action engraved with various game birds surrounded by fine cut scroll work, the left hand side of the action has been engraved with a pair of partridge and a gundog while the right hand side of the action has been engraved with a pair of partridge taking flight. The underside of the action has been engraved with a single cock pheasant also taking flight. The action is set alongside a pair of swift handling 28" multichoke barrels with a thin ventilated top rib and ventilated side ribs. Scroll engraved top lever and rounded trigger guard with a fully adjustable coin finished trigger blade, supplied complete in a leatherette case with two chokes and the choke key., Serial no.
